Why We Are Opening 12 Founders Seats — and Why the Savings Look This Large

I am often asked a fair question:
Why would we offer nearly $1 million in savings — $990,733 off the published à la carte value — for only 12 spots?
The short answer: Suite C, better equipment, more staff, and no loan.

What we are actually building
We currently operate out of Suite F.
In August we agreed to build out Suite C. That decision doubled our floor space, added a classroom, added six new treatment rooms, brought us to 12 treatment rooms, and extended the lease seven years, through 2033.
Those rooms are not décor. They are how we put more of the right tools in front of the people already walking through our door.
To bring in all of the equipment we want — the list that actually moves healthspan for this community — we will need closer to $500,000. Twelve Founders seats will not finish that list. They are a clean start, paid by members instead of a bank.
What “nearly $1 million off” means
Eternal is check only. Platinum and Diamond are ACH or check. Spots are limited on purpose.
Two front doors. One team.
We run two models under one roof:
- Michigan Accident Care Coordinators — people who arrived after a motor vehicle accident
- Red Light Therapy Spa — people who arrived as wellness seekers
Same team. Same rooms. Same services. The only difference is how you got here.
We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure. We coordinate recovery and longevity work: light, movement, manual therapy, measurement, coaching, and the adjuncts our practitioners are trained to deliver.
Why memberships instead of a loan
There is a real lag between when an accident-care client receives services and when those services are paid. That lag is normal in this work. It is a poor reason to put the expansion on a high-interest note.
Founders Club memberships bridge that lag without a loan. You prepay for access you were likely to buy anyway. We use that capital for rooms, equipment, and people — not for interest.
Already here — and coming
On the current year list: Contour Light / red light, ESWT, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, HaloSauna + dry salt, vibration plate, chiropractic, sleep/recovery coaching, waxing, nutrition counseling, InBody 580, foot detox.
Coming into Suite C as we raise and install: PEMF, blue light, coffee bar, alkaline + hydrogen water, brain-specific red light, EES, frequency / sound therapy, and more.
The classroom is intentional. A practice that cannot teach only rents time. We want both.
Who these 12 seats are for
You already believe consistency beats heroics. You want a year, two years, or the lease horizon of access without re-buying à la carte every week. You are fine being early. You want to talk to the owner, not a funnel.
